This annual award recognizes an article published in the Journal of Contemporary Water Research and Education that is a significant contribution to the field of water resources research, policy, and/or education. A committee of UCOWR Board members and JCWRE Associate Editors evaluate article excellence based on originality, clarity, and application. All articles published within a calendar year are automatically considered. Recipient will be recognized at the UCOWR Awards Luncheon held at the UCOWR/NIWR Annual Water Resources Conference in June.
