Note: The sharing of registrations and/or badges is not permitted – every person attending the conference must register. Participants and presenters are also responsible for paying their own travel expenses (UCOWR does not offer travel support at this time).
What does the Conference Registration Fee include?
Full Registration Rate: All sessions on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday; Breakfast; Refreshment Breaks; Welcome Reception; Awards Luncheon.
One Day Registration Rate: All sessions on registered day; Breakfast; Refreshment Breaks; and Welcome Reception or Awards Luncheon on the day registered.
Guests may attend the Welcome Reception and/or Awards Luncheon. Additional guest tickets may be purchased when you register and will be included in your registration packet.
Extra Welcome Reception ticket: $40 each
Extra Awards Luncheon tickets: $45 each
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to ucowr@siu.edu by Friday, May 8, 2026. A refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, will be issued for cancellations received by May 8, 2026. There are NO refunds for cancellations AFTER May 8, 2026, however, someone may attend in your place (please contact the UCOWR headquarters at 618-536-7571 or ucowr@siu.edu to make these arrangements).
